We Got Claude Control Before We Got Gun Control

I don't really know where I'm going with this, but apparently the government just decided to stop Anthropic from allowing access to Fable and Mythos for...reasons? Something something foreign adversaries using the model, which tracks for this administration.

Ultimately, like, is it that important that people have access to Fable and Mythos? Probably not. But the thing is: this is a weird step for the government to take. They like control, sure, but this is a regulation on corporations—interrupting the free market. The Right is supposed to be against that.

But, as we all know, this regime doesn't actually have morals or ideals. They really just care about control and weird displays of power. They're probably just cranky that they have to take down their sign on the Kennedy Center. It's kinda funny seeing them whine like little babies about everything while also making comments about being real manly men.
